Just another example of poor production -having to ask a customer to have LESS of your aircraft so that you can placate another. I've seen it all now, what a bloody mess. I worry about the poor suppliers, having their order books altered by Airbus. Total maddness
Nonsense!Airbus obviously wants to provide airframes to a key customer in the near term which has chosen the A350 over the 787. Singapore Airlines still has options for a further 20 A350 aircraft.
You are talking a load of rubbish. Nothing changes for the supplier.
Of course it does, his order reduces.
...and Boeing may very well lose a a key 787 customer.
Haha...maybe Singapore Airlines will just replace those 7 lost a350s with Boeing 777x's! Seems like a lot of other airlines are.
But why wouldn't they just postpone the delivery, why cancel?
Ironic, isn't it? Airbus's phenomenal success is one of their biggest problems!
